STANDARDS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

What is ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification?

The ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Standard is an internationally recognized management system standard published by the International Standard Organization (ISO).

Organizations applying this standard are committed to maximizing customer satisfaction, supporting continuous improvement, managing their products and / or services to meet customer expectations, and continuously improving their system.

One of the most important issues about the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Standard is that this standard is not a product or service standard, but a management system standard. For this reason, the standard is applicable and flexible for organizations of all sectors and all sizes, so the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate indicates that the organization’s quality management system has been established in accordance with the standards set by ISO.

The most current version of the standard published by ISO was published in 2015 as ISO 9001:2015.

Basic Principles of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
